Apads, EPads, WowPads - The New Wave of Android Tablets

In 2010, many people are familiar with aPads, ePads or Wowpads - otherwise known as the "iPad clones." Malo to buy these devices concluded that aPads lacked touch or feel ipad.Dobar number of people also admitted that aPads not user-friendly due to poor documentation, problems with access to Android Market, "resistive" touchscreen and a lack of just in time (JIT) support.

In the past few months, just before the iPad 2 release, there was a wave of new Android tablets from Asia that have capacitive screens, faster processors, and other cool features that make these devices stand out.

This aPads are getting more popular since the release tablets Android 2.2 and more than the original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) such as Motorola, Asus, Dell and Samsung. I can now talk apples to apples when comparing apad clone for OEM Android tablets out there.

I am also bold enough to compare with the new aPads iPad2 applie from the playbook and Blackberry RIM.

This new wave of devices has a strong selling point.

Price: Android powered Tablet PCs are still the cheapest units on the market compared to the OEM version (Dell, Samsung and Motorola). An online retailer of apad Android 2.2 with resistive sells for only $ 79. Units with capacitive screens start at around $ 189.99

general rule of thumb is that you can get 2 top grade apads or epads for the price of one OEM Android tablet.

Size: Most OEM Android tablet coming in 7-inch or smaller models. There are several 10-inch models like the Motorola Xoom on the stores. I'm sure that will produce the OEM unit with larger display, but is expected to cost more. However, there are floods in several sizes apads -. 7, 8 and 10.1-inch tablet

Some people like to read ebooks will go for 7inch apads, game or movie watcher would go for 10.1 apad units.

More accessories in the box: Most aPads comes with all accessories in kutiji.APads that I tested comes with male and female USB cable, carrying case, Mini HDMI cable and screen protector . It will not be the case for OEM models - expect to buy a HDMI cable and screen protector for another $ 50 or so

.

multiple connectivity ports: Most aPads are generous when it comes to external priključke.Flytouch II and III apad models come with 2 USB ports and 2 microSD card, Ethernet port and HDMI output priključak.HaiPad M7/Dropad A8 comes with 2 USB ports and HDMI port (HDMI experience HaiPad unit is mind-blowing - 1080P !!).

However, OEM units have the following features that will always attract customers - better marketing exposure, better documentation, better Q and test (though most people can not agree on the Q & A for many store returns) and easier access to customer support.

Finally, the creators aPads and other devices are to improve our products and continually add features without waiting for the Grand launch for an OEM product. We can take this and enjoy the new technology before others do not - at least I watched movies on my aPads over HDMI at least 6 months before iPad2
